Is Holdfast a reading plan?
No. Holdfast is a practice app. You can work with a passage or plan, then return to it through guided practice and review.
Is there a web version of the app?
No. This site explains the product, beta access, support, and account deletion. Practice happens in the native iOS and Android apps.
Which translations or Scripture source does Holdfast use?
Scripture text is delivered through the app under the applicable license. This website does not host full Bibles, and available translations can vary by platform, build, and rights.

How is this different from rereading?
Supported practice stays distinct from recall: you can read, use cues, or try from memory. Spaced review then brings a passage back when it is due.
What is Today?
Today is the app’s focused starting point. It gathers the next practice and review steps so you can begin without sorting through a crowded dashboard.
What if I miss a day?
Nothing is lost. Return when you can; due passages remain part of your review queue, and the product is designed for a steady rhythm rather than guilt.
How do streaks work?
Streaks reflect practice activity, but they are not the point of the system. Your passages and review schedule remain useful even when a streak ends.
Which practice methods are available?
Depending on the platform and beta build, methods include reading, fill-in-the-blank or first-letter cues, and typed recall. Supported practice and recall are labeled separately.

Is Holdfast on the App Store or Google Play?
Holdfast has an App Store record, but current sharing is through TestFlight and Google Play internal testing, not a public store listing. See download.
How do I get beta access?
Open the download page for the TestFlight and Play internal testing links. TestFlight seats are limited, and Android requires an invited or eligible Google account.
Is Holdfast free?
The current beta does not charge to install. That is not a promise about later subscriptions or features; any future store billing would be handled by Apple or Google.
Are iPhone and Android the same?
The core practice direction is shared, while availability and polish can differ by platform and beta build. The download page identifies the current path for each device.
Privacy & account
Do you sell data or show ads?
No. Holdfast does not sell user data or show ads. App analytics use coarse, predefined events and never include Scripture text, recall attempts, notes, or your email.
Does it work offline?
Practice is local-first. Optional account backup and restore, and the limits of offline use, are described in the privacy policy and can vary by build.
Does the website use analytics?
Yes. The public website uses Google Analytics for page views and referrers; advertising and remarketing signals are off, and browsers sending Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track are not tagged.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete a Holdfast account from the website or inside the app. Both paths require fresh sign-in; the delete-account page explains the current sweep and what is retained.
