A simple learning loop
Notice→Recall→Connect→Return
One quiet loop
A little practice. A real return.
Holdfast keeps the next step visible, so a few minutes can be enough to come back to what matters.
02
Recall, don’t just reread
Move from a familiar cue toward an honest attempt, with supported practice clearly distinguished from recall.
03
Return at the right time
Spaced review brings passages back into view as part of a steady rhythm you can keep.
Bible memory tools
Practice a passage, one step at a time.
Choose a little support or try from memory. Available methods and features vary by platform and beta build.
Read, fill blanks, then type
Read the passage with the words in view, practice with blanks or first-letter cues, or type what you remember. Supported practice and recall have distinct places in the method chooser.
How recall worksA review queue for today
Spaced review gives passages a next review date. The daily queue brings due passages together so you can return to earlier learning alongside your ongoing practice.
How spaced review worksA library you can return to
Keep saved passages in your library. Archive a passage when you want to set it aside, read it in the archive, and restore it when you are ready to practice again.
